Agree.  It is much more efficient to watch from the DVR, skip commercials, pause when you want a break, etc.  Other than football, I don't see the point of live TV anymore.

:pissed: sooo... all this time I've been conserving energy and the real way to negotiate a desert is on a dead run  :willynilly:

And... if I look close enough I'll be able to find a GIANT frikkin piece of rope connected to a GIANT frikkin steel trap so I can use it to get off the top of a hill... walking down is just too ordinary...

Disorientated? or disoriented? Ahh... professional buzzard tracker... going to eat some maggots now no doubt  :icon_eek: :willynilly: :pissed:

So where is he?  First thought was around Elephant Tusk but he can't be in the park killing snakes, etc.

ummmmmm.....
The term "schtick" comes to mind.

Gotta be on private land, Al.  Neither park would allow that kind of stuff.

I was just going to say that... I like the Canadian dude (Les Stroud) better. He's at least authentic

I can't wait to see what he does with the arroyo / spring... oh  :icon_eek: I see... we swim in our drinking water first...

After looking at the Discovery Channel web site, there's nothing said about Big bend.  Just West Texas and Chihuahan Desert.
Could be anywhere out there except public land.

I thought I saw some ruins of some sort at the beginning when he dropped in.  I hate this guy, he's so reckless.
