Quote
But Patterson is balking at the National Parks Service's ban on hunting and firearms in national parks. Converting the Christmas Mountains into a national preserve could get around the hunting ban, but it's a long process and the scarcity of wild game makes it impractical, Wellman said.

Does that just make you laugh out loud?

Or cry!

I was sure it was a joke, until I read the article.

Outrageous!

Those at the conservatory that is looking at buying it back have to be just shaking their heads at Texas politics and bureaucrats.  Rather sad commentary on our so called leadership in Austin.
