Gas prices in the Trans-Pecos Big Bend Region
« on: October 02, 2006, 04:31:56 PM »
This is rarely up to date, but MSN has gas prices for Fort Stockton, Alpine and Lajitas / Study Butte

http://www.gasbuddy.com/ doesn't have a lot of current listings for gas in the area. :(
They have listings for Alpine, Fort Stockton, Marfa and Presidio but they often don't show any prices.  Maybe if we can get a local out there to start submitting regular price reports....

Richard's link for Alpine gas prices is right on as of Oct 2 - $2.36 to $2.39.

It hasn't changed for quite a while, but when it does I'll post it here.

The price for unleaded regular in Alpine came down a dime overnight.  The price at Town & Country is now $2.29.

We need your help! We rely on volunteer gas price spotters to submit gas prices to Texas Gas Prices.  If you know of any current gas prices in this area, please post them!
Here's your chance, Joe!

Update on gas prices for May 2011.
Gas at Marathon was $4.24 and basically the same at Panther Junction station.
Gas in Study Butte slightly less at about $4.16.
To get gas under $4 the last place off Hwy 90 is Sanderson.
