I found this today (it has probably been there all along) and thought "What a neat reference for phone numbers in Big Bend and the area"...so I thought I would share it with you...

Yup, I printed that out and carried it in my wallet on our last trip.  I also programmed the ranger stations in the cell phone.

It's simply amazing that the collective "we" sometimes thinks alike, and I thought that was an origional thought of mine programming all the numbers into the cell phone

On my trip checklist that I use/modify year after year, I have a long list of phone numbers for all the important people/places out in Brewster and Presidio counties - hospital, sheriff, police, park, etc.

But do you have the NPS BIBE Weather Hot line programmed into your cell phone? :?:    8)
