Post by: StxHiker on February 01, 2019, 09:48:53 AM
Iím planning a trip back to Big Bend in a few weeks with some friends and we would like to fish the Rio Grande in the evening and at night. Which campsites along the river would you guys recommend? Thank you!

Black Gap WMA has a couple dozen or so fishing camps along the river. Some have a shelter, picnic table and fire ring.

I thought about Black Gap WMA before, but I heard the roads that lead to the fish camps are pretty tough and didnít want to beat my truck up getting there.
