Options for BiBe primitive camping around July 23

Are all the primitive sites in the Chisos Mountains closed for camping?  If they are, what other sites with some elevation are available to avoid some of the July heat?

dont know if you have it or not, but here is the daily report web site, its the best way to get the most current conditions in the park.

http://www.nps.gov/bibe/daily_report.htm

Yes all of the sites in the Chisos are closed for over night camping, this is due to fire danger , not heat. the mountains are cooler than lower elevations, but the Chisos is the only place with any elevation for camping so that's out of the question.
All the rest of the primitive and or back country spots have ZERO shade and will be hot.

Current Park Conditions:
Due to severe fire danger, the Window Trail is closed, there is no overnight backcountry camping in
the Chisos Mountains, and there is a charcoal burn ban in effect throughout the park, except for Rio
Grande Village and Cottonwood campgrounds. The Pine Canyon Rd and northern ends of Old
Maverick and Glenn Springs Rds are closed for road work. Current drought stage: 1. Conserve water

If in fact that is true, I don't think there is anywhere with enough elevation that will be a relief from heat except for the public campsites in the Basin.
