Born to Run
Christopher McDougall

Born to Run is an epic adventure that began with one simple question: Why does my foot hurt? In search of an answer, Christopher McDougall sets off to find a tribe of the world's greatest distance runners and learn their secrets, and in the process shows us that everything we thought we knew about running is wrong.

Great book! I got it from the library to listen to on my way to Michigan in June....Thanks to a suggestion last winter from QS.  PS I should have been paying more attention to the board. I would have loved to come to the mini-bender! I spent a week in Michigan paddling cool water, and then went on my first 5 day backpacking trip to CO :) Got excited to see a little rain in the BB countryside, and even more excited to see Dora, although she's dying :(
