Wife read it and loved it. Makes checking out the Hot Springs buildings alot more interesting.


Agreed. I've read both Langford's book and the Lizard book.  Seeing where that stuff took place first hand is always a treat.  The mantel she's referring to is the little ruin on top of the hill to the north of the hot springs parking lot.  Known as the Livingston house. My brother-in-law's mom, a Livingston, spent a lot of time there growing up.  Kinda cool to think about.
