Anyone has knowledge of campsite 53? We have a 20' trailer and F-150 pick up, is there room for both?

Here is a Basin Campground map that you may find helpful.

The parking slot for 53 is long, but is also shared with 50. Plenty of room for the trailer, but the truck may be tricky without infringing upon the other campsites. Good diplomacy will go a long way though. As was suggested in your other thread, perhaps try contacting Mirth2 via Private Message and ask him. He is a camp host.

Why do you need a campsite that is made for tent camping when you have a 20 foot trailer?

When is your trip? RGV campground (not the RV park) has some much bigger sites that would accommodate your trailer well. If you're going later this fall, the temps at RGV will be pleasant. If sooner, I guess you could look for the full hook up sites at the RGV RV Park, as well, and run the A/C.
