Has rain had any impact on the Rio Grande?

I have seen pictures of flooding in El Paso and the photo of the waterfall near Santa Elena.

Does anyone know, has all this rain raised the water level of the Rio?

Looks like now is the time for a ride on the River!

I'll bet that the Hot Springs are under water about now.  :(
