Yep. Cheesy "article" is still there but they have removed the picture. Maybe they'll actually make an attempt to get a picture from BB but I won't be surprised if they just leave it without a picture.

About a year ago, I ran across one of my photos on a travel blog. It was a photo I took on a hike into Presa Canyon. (Good one too!). I confronted the owner/author and requested she take it down or credit me. She denied that she lifted it and said "we must have stood in the same place"!! The dumb thing is she posted the photo with my original file name and still refused to take it down or credit me after I told her that. I ended up having to write a letter to her web hosting company and file a notice of copyright infringement. She finally took it down but still insisted it was her photo.

Speaking of smart phones, I checked a couple of pics from her blog and the Exif info says they were from an iPhone 5.
