Circumnavigating the Chisos - pics

Beginning to get some of the pics posted from our trip.  Only posted 3 days out of >20 so far, but it'll get there eventually.  Maybe an actual trip report will follow.

Also search PBase for "Big Bend".  There are a lot of beautiful BB galleries in PBase...

Great pics so far....keep 'em coming!

:D This one reminds me of about a dozen pics I tried to take last weekend at my daughter's birthday celebration where my nephew kept stepping in front of the camera just after I clicked the shutter.  Gotta love that point & shoot digital camera delay.

trtlrock,

Thanks for the photos. I'm looking forward to more pics and the possible trip report.

What areas did you visit/bushwack through?

Thanks.

Very interesting to go through your pictures.
I can't wait to see the others.

Your "game plan" looked pretty fun.

Thanks.

What an expedition!  Have you run into anyone else who has covered so much in one trip--or had a trip backpacking through Big Bend for that long?

I look forward to your trip reports when you have time.  I bet getting that together is a daunting task, and after being gone from home that long I suspect you've got many things pulling at you.

Even with all of the things that stacked up while you were gone, the "catch up " is probably a price worth paying now for the time at Big Bend.

When is your next trip? :)
