Looks like a WTX version of some form of Standing Cypress (Ipomopsis) or, on second thought, Scarlet Gilia.

Thanks. Is that what the red flowers are? Those things were all over the place up there. Stunning in the afternoon light and a great attraction for the hummingbirds!
