OK enough foolishness... I am getting a 40 gig portable HD to download my chips.  I have a 2 gig and a 1 gig chip.  I shoot in raw so the files are huge.  But with my 40 gig HD I will not run out of space.  The problem will be finding my best shots when I get home.  I'll probably take 5 or 6 hundred in the three days i'm there.  I plan to lug the tripod everywhere (made a shoulder strap for it) to make some panoramas.
Dog gone it.  I can't wait to get there!

You sure were close.  Did you throw rocks at him?

Boy X you sure dig up some old stuff, which is OK by me as I do that too occassionally.

Anyway, yes it was taken maybe 30 yards east of Ross Maxwell Scenic Drive. What a wonderful evening that was. Sorry I took so long to answer.

Here's more of the same taken 2 years later. It might be over processed just a tad. (Duh, ya think?) I have sometimes been called the "Tammy Faye Baker" of digital photography. I don't care, I'm havin' fun anyway.
