Looks like there was a bit of rain yesterday at RGV.

Looks like a couple of days ago PJ got .08" of rain too.
temperatures exceed 100 degrees F
minimum 1 gallon water per person/day
no shade, no water

Basin - 0.15"

115 at RGV yesterday...

.WEDNESDAY...Sunny. Highs around 90 in the mountains to around
116 along the Rio Grande. West winds 10 to 15 mph in the mountains...
light and variable winds along the Rio Grande.
