April 13-15, 2007 - Digital Photography Workshop - The emphasis of this workshop will be on composition, lighting and most of all what to do with your pictures after they have been taken. For beginners to intermediate level; presented by a professional photographer. Call for times; fee $400 per person; reservations required (432) 229-3416.

May 12, 2007 - Madrid Falls Tour - Visit Madrid Falls, the second highest waterfall in the state of Texas. Located in a very remote part of the park, you will be driven by four-wheel-drive vehicle and then hike two miles to falls. Meet at the Sauceda Ranch Headquarters Visitors Center. 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.; fees $72 Texas State Parks Pass members, $75 non-members; reservations required (432) 229-3416.


May 25-27, 2007 - 4X4 Tour - Bring your four-wheel drive vehicle and visit scenic and remote parts of the park that are otherwise inaccessible. We will go to Las Burras, Madrid Falls and Fresno Canyon. The tour will be limited to 10 vehicles, so please sign up early. The trails are brushy, so scratches may occur on your vehicle. Call for times; fees include park guide, meals and lodging at the Bunkhouse, $344 Texas State Parks Pass members, $350 non-members; reservations required (432) 229-3416.

June 16, 2007 - Guale Mesa Tour - Ride in a 4-wheel drive vehicle into the remote canyon lands and see some of the most spectacular vistas of the park. 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.; fees $72 Texas State Parks Pass members, $75 non-members; reservations required (432) 229-3416.

June 23, 2007 - Ride to Las Burras Canyons - Ride in a four-wheel-drive vehicle on a bumpy road to scenic Las Burras Canyons where youíll see a postcard picture around every bend. If you have a digital camera, learn how to take Panoramas because one frame cannot capture these magnificent vistas. These majestic views are well worth the price of a rough ride. Meet at the Sauceda Ranch Headquarters Visitors Center. 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.; fees $72 Texas State Parks Pass members, $75 non-members; reservations required (432) 229-3416.
