Big Bend Ultra at the Ranch

So this past weekend I came down to help with the BB Ultramarathon, which switched to the state park this year.  What a resounding success!  I'm actually thinking seriously of doing it myself next year.  Anyways, I did get a few pics while there:

Nice!  That newish camera is treating you well.
temperatures exceed 100 degrees F
minimum 1 gallon water per person/day
no shade, no water

Nice pictures steelfrog! Was this a regular 26+ marathon or more like a 50 or 100? Where did it start and finish? I would like to know about this for next year. Thanks!

50 miles, 30k and 10k; Started and finished at Barton Warnock VC.  I think you can find a map here, and results…
