After ride on 170 to Presidio for gas and supplies, we head in... "beat to death" on the main road by washboards we skip the trip to the Sauceda ranch house and go south onto Oso Loop West.  1st stop is the potty at the Agua Adentro Pens.

Fork of Oso Loop @ Guale Road.  Oso Loop is for the most part hilly and full of "pin stripe" bushes.  If it wasn't for the numerous washes you could probably do it in 2WD.   Most of you have probably noticed by now we are traveling in a totally stock GMC Youkon with factory tires (5 ply BFGoodrich Long Trail T/A that have DOT dates of 2004).

The Yukon after the nearly 2 hr. ride...  Notice the depth of sidewall "cleaned" by rocks and paint job pinstripes.

Good Morning to the Yukon.  :eusa_boohoo:

Your paint WILL get scratched and your chances of getting a flat are good.
This was a slow leak and may have even happened at Big Bend Nat'l for all we know.

Bring a 12V compressor!  :eusa_doh:  Oh yeah and an extra spare!  :eusa_shifty:
