How bad is Fresno Canyon Road?
« on: January 19, 2012, 01:20:36 PM »
Looking at planning a march trip into Fresno canyon to check out Crawford ranch house and the Madrid house/ falls and was wondering about the road. Has anyone been down it lately? I have also read that the road is notorious for scratching up your vehicle, i don't mind a few scratches but how bad is it?

Here is some video I found. I've never been there so I can't even verify that the video is really from where it says it is. I think
this was taken about 3 weeks ago.

I think it's Fresno Canyon. It sure looked like Fresno Peak to me at 5:20. Maybe someone that has been there can verify?
