Those mountains in Mexico do impress. Right click, view image and enlarge or copy, etc.

That's driving down RR 170 from BBRSP (Presidio) to Lajitas.  There are some incredible views.  Doesn't take much talent to get a good shot just a camera . . .

. . . looking back while going from BBRSP to Lajitas.  I may be an Aggie but Mexico's on my left when I turned around and looked back . . . Thanks for the compliment.  I've learned if you take enough pictures one is occasionally bound to get one right!

When I get to that spot, I always have an urge to cross that little river and jump right back;  just to see if anyone's watching.

Hope they don't plan on putting any of that fence along there.

When I first read the subject line the only thing I remembered was down river and to Lajitas. I looked at the photo and said huh? That is on the big hill looking west toward lower colorado canyon. It is always a must stop to check out the views. Read the subject line again and finally got it.  :eusa_doh:

Nice photo Al, wish I were there.

Hey Homero,  didn't take a GPS coordinate, but if you're driving down RR 170 you'd have to be asleep to to miss.  I'll see what else I can find.  The photos are RAW so it a pain but good to wade through them.

Here's a stitch of this view.  It's wide but it's jpged down to 333K so I shouldn't be in too much trouble!

The original is over 11 MB.
