7000 cfs @ Castolon?!

The gauge at Castolon is showing well over 4000 cfs of flow, with a peak of 7000 cfs occurring over the last 24 hours!

I also see that the Presidio gauge is showing flood stage. 

I know it has rained out there, but I didn't think it was enough to create this much flow.  Anybody know where all this water is coming from?  I am guessing the Rio Conchos watershed has gotten a lot of rain lately.
