"Empty body" error messages

We are currently experiencing some database errors. If you see the following when trying to post, be advised that we are aware of the problem and will try to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Anything to do with the jumping fonts once the text fills so much of the writing space? Seems like that issue is worse lately. Or I just type to much.

Hey Bill, are you using IE8? ..'cause I thought the jumping fonts thing was fixed over here

I've stayed on IE7 and so far I'm glad I did.

I've stayed on IE7 and so far I'm glad I did.

Yep...IE8 at home and at work. That's probably why.

I just tried the fix in the thread you pointed out.

So far....so good.

More verbage...blah...blah....blah...

No jumping.

Still no jumping.

Back to deciding whether to go to GUMO on Sunday. Off to check the weather forecast....

For anyone who is still having problems, a workaround is to remove the "link=*** date=***" info from the opening quote box.
For example, for the above quote, [quote author=RichardM link=topic=9341.msg89633#msg89633 date=1270650605] could become [quote author=RichardM] which would result in this:
