If you are using Internet Explorer to view this webpage you will have a new feature: auto refresh will refresh your screen every 15 minutes.  I tried to make it long enough time to not be annoying and short enough for you addicts, like me ;)

update:  it should work in Mozilla/FireFox as well...you just won't have the cool little timer at the bottom like Explorer.
