I got our tax return prepared today, I doubt I would have had the time if the board had been up and running. :icon_rolleyes:
I tried to find other diversions, but I can only stare at the field labs webcam for so long. I won't say how long that is when I'm trying to avoid doing the taxes. :icon_redface:

Sorry about that guys, apparently the server decided to erase all of the DNS information and it had to be restored.  :willynilly:  All is well now.   :crossedfingers:

The Network Engineer that I am had me making sure I didn't block myself from BBC yesterday, haha.  I found it interesting that DNS wouldn't resolve for bigbendchat.com or www.bigbendchat.com, so I am guessing Vista Grande pulled the A records until the server was fixed. (performing a 'dig' at the domain's nameserver showed it was answering for the domain, but reported no A records)  I was just checking to make sure everything was ok on my end.  I was desperate!  :icon_eek:

Then:
$host bigbendchat.com
Host bigbendchat.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

$host www.bigbendchat.com
Host www.bigbendchat.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

Now:
$host bigbendchat.com
bigbendchat.com has address 209.200.16.42

$host www.bigbendchat.com
www.bigbendchat.com has address 209.200.16.42

I recieved this message ,when i was trying to log back in from home and then again from the office:

You were unable to login. Please check your cookie settings

Is anybody else having the same issue. I had to lower my security level from where it was, in order to be able to get in.

Homero

Stay thirsty, my friends.

The usual fix for those types of error messages is to first empty your cache, then delete cookies (at least the bigbendchat ones). It could be that you had adjusted your settings at some point to not allow cookies.
