The above link is the board's RSS feed.  You can use this link above to add to any RSS feed you wish.  There are firefox live RSS feed addons, desktop RSS feeds, google/yahoo home page feeds, etc.  If you don't know what an RSS feed is, simply, it is a live feed from a board, blog, etc. that will show you various things regarding new topics, depending on how you have the feed set up.  The feed is in real time and will show that latest X number of posts.

And there are plenty of RSS readers out there to install for you Mac and PC, email programs, etc...if anyone finds a cool one, let us know!  (I use one on my Google Homepage and I have one for my firefox, but I don't like it too much.

I was trying to add the RSS feed to the new Roxio feed program, but it says it is not in RSS 2.0 format?

I don't know...you might want to contact their support service and ask why....it works on live bookmarks, google, etc.
