A big part of our problems are that we are now on a shared server. Hopefully these problems can be solved or at least lessened by our host. Otherwise, we may have move again. :eusa_doh:

It has been working OK here using Firefox 3.6.10 via access through a local wireless provider.

If you are meaning a VPS as a 'shared server', you should be fine depending on server hardware and resources, some of which you specify depending on the package you choose (memory, etc).  I am a big fan of using VPS and have not had any issues using one for my website hosting.  I use KnownHost for my VPS service, and they offer a 'Hybrid' server that might just fit your needs, should you need to reconsider your webhosting service.  I don't work for them, I am just a very happy customer.

Just a quick note though: cPanel is the best option for the control panels that they offer if you need the latest version of PHP (Parallels Plesk doesn't let you upgrade the PHP, and it is an old version).

I think you can ignore this. Did a reboot, saw a message wrt a memory leak, has loaded quickly ever since.
