A Good Choice in Coffee
« on: January 02, 2009, 11:18:06 AM »
A very near and dear friend of mine gave me two pounds of Big Blend of Texas coffee from the Big Bend Coffee Roasters of Marfa Texas as a Christmas present.  Gave it a test run this morning and it's very good - light and mellow without any bitter taste.  I take my coffee straight up and strong to capture the full essence.  I would highly recommend it.

Thanks...

I visited their website.  It would be neat to visit their store in Marfa.  Per their website, they are very environmentally green, which is a good thing, from my perspective.  (10% of our electricity for our home here in Helotes comes from CPS Windtricity).
