I just opened the box containing my "steal" and found that I'd won the tent lottery when I also found that they'd included a tent footprint. I had casually added something along the lines of "if you happen to have a spare Big House 6 footprint lying around, I'd highly appreciate it if you threw that in to protect this awesome investment!"
As it turns out, for $215 I got not only the big daddy tent, but also a normally $50 footprint for said tent. I've definitely got to send them a thank you note, and I've for sure got to further insist that Big Agnes is an AWESOME company. I was mentioning to David that my Big House 4 had an issue with the front door zipper snagging, so I sent it in. Repaired under warranty with no issues. James knows that I sent in the fly not long ago after a crack developed in my sunroof. Repaired under warranty with no issues.
