What a great improvement, made all the more remarkable by them foregoing an established fee (that was always of dubious need...like many fees in parks).

I hope folks realize how extraordinary it is to see a fee rescinded...not how agencies typically function. The state parks should be congratulated for doing this.

Yeah, this is a good move.  The report mentions Active.com as the site that will be providing the reservations.  Most of the 5K and 10K runs that I register for use Active.com and I have found their website easy to navigate and absolutely flawless.
