To many diets, supplements and such out there these days, have regular medical exams and enjoy everyday you can fog up a mirrow with your breath. You are only as old as you let yourself get. :lol:

Thanks TXrounder, but to clarify  I did 70 miles (Cottonwood to RGV) in five days.  Actually got to Gravel Pit in four but needed to stall to wait for my greatful portage.

What on paper does mean the same as what happens in people's bodies.

When the body is push to its limits it stops using oxygen and converts sugars into energy w/o oxygen.  This is called anaerobic metabolism.  But with the extra electrons in the body with this supplement, the body keeps using oxygen in the system.
That why you can legally state with these supplement, "you can run stronger and longer."
The world record holder for the over 45 age group Andre Kuznetsov uses Microhydrin.  His marathon times improved over two or three years with the use of Microhydrin.  During a competition, I believe at San Diego, the day temp. was very hot.  He beat everyone in the race.

The world record holder for women in the same age group Tatyana Pozdnyakova uses the same supplement.

Again I am not selling this to make a dime. I have a RBC website and have not directed anybody there in years.  You can get this stuff cheaper by looking for Mega H.  This stuff works on many levels.  My ORP meter does not lie.  If I take fresh food and dead food there is a measurable difference.

On the vitamin E stuff, I do not recommend taking anything in is "pure" form.   Taking food in a more balance form such as food is the best method.  Isolating on component can do damage.  There are 3000 chemicals they have identified in food and "experts" can only make about 30.  Trust the food approach.  If we all ate fresh food, (picked within minutes of eating) we would not need the silica hydride supplements.
