Did you check the "campings" that they list? Best Western, Super 8, hotels on the Riverwalk...

Unless you plan to put up your tent inside a hotel room this has nothing to do with camping.

A weird site.

Hay! My wife considers a Holiday Inn camping out!

That's why she doesn't go with me to Big Bend!

Great site!

When I typed in Big Bend or Balmorhea, it brought up Bed & Breakfasts all over the state...

Well, B&Bs still don't equate with camping. I mean, whoever launched that website presumably did so to make a few bucks off of referrals. Yet all the places listed (at least the ones that I saw) are indoors and have beds. The people who are looking for that type of accomodation are pretty unlikely to go to a site that labels itself as "camping". And the people who are looking for places to pitch a tent are unlikely to find what they want on the site.

I particularly like the map it generated for me when I clicked on Austin (had to hit the zoom button a few times to tell where it was):

the website was registered May 1, 2007 to Eternity Travel, INC of Vancouver, BC.

they have a blog of sorts: http://www.eternitytravel.com/

sounds like they're just another random website setup to garner advertising money.

These maps to camping locations are for the yuppie campers, God forbid the A/C goes out or you can't plug in your hair dryer, what about Starbucks? Sorry went out of my head for a moment, need to get back to BB.
Visiting BB since 1966, nothing like being lost and finding heaven.
