LAND - they are not making any of it anymore...  Limited supply, unlimited demand.  Unusual in economics.  Very strange graph/curve.  Would have an elasticity approaching zero I would think.  Perfectly inelastic?

Didn't find any in Brewster county that was not totally land locked.

Some good stuff in Presidio County down by the river, walking on water...

Heck, you might even be able to find some fine beach front property along Bolivar Peninsula.   :grin:
