in lparent's book Big Bend National Park on page 8 there is a photo of burro bluff.  where is burro bluff ? is it off the  marufo vega trail?

Burro Bluff is a bluff in the lower canyons of the Rio Grande. It's on the US side overlooking upper Madison Falls.

Jim, if memory serves, burro bluff is on private land but is accessible via the river.  Remember reading about a trail from the river up to the bluff and that it was a popular side hike for some of the river outfitters.  The bluff itself is north of Boquillas canyon.  :eusa_think:
