Has anyone been by Luna's recently? I just came across a recent picture on Facebook and it looks like the screen door and "Do Not Enter" sign have been removed. I know the park was doing some restoration work on it.

We were out there last month.  There was no screen or sign.  Got a flat about a mile later...

We were there in late Feb and I didn't see a screen door or a sign in the area. The roof had been  "redone" , I guess with a real thick coat of mud.

Looks like it's open for visitors. Much better than when we stopped by in 2005:

It has been shored up on the inside and the roof has been redone.  You can indeed walk around in it.  It helps if you aren't too tall!
