That person has been standing in that position for a very long time.  Someone might ought to drive out to K-Bar and see if he is ok.     ....   ok, since no one volunteered, I guess I'll have to do it myself... :) 

Of course, he just might be getting paid by the hour and is "padding" his time.... :)
