The music is from Govi.  It is a CD I bought when I was in Galveston.

Here is my answer to "What's The Big Deal?"

I put a "video" on my website.  This website is currently under construction for a business that I am starting up.  I am getting ready to re-do the whole thing and concentrate on Western and Southwestern stuff.  There are some pictures from Big Bend in there.  Anyway, go to:

www.marie-enmon.com

... and click on the "The Big Bend" button in the bottom left of the opening screen.  This took 4 minutes to load   and the "video" is 5 minutes long.  The transitions are rough and the picture quality is spotty, but this is the only way I know how to share this.

Absolutely outstanding!  Two thumbs way up!  I think I might have preferred a close-up of a hawk rather than the turkey vulture, but maybe that's just me.  :)  I'll hang on to this and view it any time I need a Big Bend fix.  I escpecially liked the shot of Casa Grande framed by the blooming ocotillo.

It wouldn't view in Internet Explorer for me at first.  I was only getting the audio (which is perfect for this video, BTW).  I downloaded the video file to my hard drive and then it complained of a missing codec.  Once I got that downloaded it worked great.  Image quality is much better than the flash version you tried on the freebie video upload site.

I have heard that from several people.  I am not savvy enough to fix it.  Richard's comment a few lines above this one may help.

Actually that is not a turkey vulture.  It is a red-headed park dump hawk.

Curt R...I think you expressed what our most inner spirit experience has had in that area. BELLISIMO...is surely an understatment, but i cant think of a better word for this.

When i am alone, and i get the opportunity to travel at the speed of thought,i get taken away to parts where humans have seldom been, and you take me with your video to a place where my spirit longs to be.

Although,i have mentioned this before, I have yet to go to BiBe, but i have lived the opportunity to be in the parks neighboring area, MEXICO, and let me tell you you captured it very well.

Wish i could have met you in a reunion and swap experiences....FELICIDADES muchacho. !!!!!!!!!
Stay thirsty, my friends.
