Garmin 60Csx Troubleshoot
« on: March 12, 2014, 12:47:50 AM »
I was trying to load some points into my GPS for my trip next week.  As usual, I create points in Google Earth, and then send them over to my Garmin using either EasyGPS or BaseCamp.  However, tonight, both programs said I did not have a GPS connected.  I tried reloading the drivers, both from the CD and the web, but to no avail.

My pc recognizes a new USB device when I plug in, but then says it failed to install drivers.  Interface is set to Garmin.  When I set it to mass USB storage device, it is recognized and I can download my stored tracks.

I know there are some GPS power users here, has anyone had a problem (and solution) to something like this?
