Boot Spring Check
« on: April 12, 2019, 10:13:58 AM »
Anybody hiked through Boot Spring lately and noted any water in the holes?  Just checking as a back-up or a just in case.

Have not had any recent reports.  I would be pretty sure there is water in the pools between the Juniper canyon and NE Rim trail junctions.  You can probably get a fairly accurate report from the Basin Visitor center as so many people do day hike past there.
temperatures exceed 100 degrees F
minimum 1 gallon water per person/day
no shade, no water
