From the 9-25-2013 Daily Report:

Current Park Conditions:
 
Rains have contributed to deteriorated backcountry driving conditions, and increased river levels on the Rio
Grande. The Old Maverick Road is open to high clearance, 4WD vehicles. The Santa Elena Canyon Trail is open
with wet and muddy conditions. The Window Trail is blocked by a landslide just prior to The Window; travel
beyond the obstructed area is not recommended.
The Langford Hot Springs are currently underwater.
