These are the same types of questions that people always ask cyclists: "Are you crazy?  Why do you do this?  Why can't you do ______ instead?  Don't you feel scared with so many hazards around?  What would you do if _______?"

I just answer life's short, why not do what you love, and share that passion with those who are brave enough to leave the sofa behind, even if just for a little while?

Great picture of Angel's Landing.  Love seeing the kids in that shot.  My 30 year old "boy" is re-thinking his opinion!  Thanks for sharing! :eusa_clap:

Youngest one in that shot is 6 I think.

Feb 18 I'm taking my 5 y.o. and 7 y.o. up Casa Grande, for the first time for them.  Then we'll do a couple of days in the western Quemada.  Maybe do Pt 6395, which looks kinda gnarly.  The little one doesn't like to bushwack because she freaks about cacti ever since she fell into a cactus on top of Elk Mountain in the Wichitas when she was 2.  I like the idea of baptism by fire, so we'll do plenty of bushwacking on this trip!
