I don't have clue one as to what the tag line refers to?????

TransPecos Banks in Alpine, Marathon, Iraan, Sierra Blanca, and Pecos.

that building  used to be  a a dolar general store and  other varity stores   now it is sa bank in the making  if that is the one in alpine
