You missed David Locke's wedding!  Most of those that attended the wedding got hats, and a few other of his most special friends.  Wedding was in the BASIN AT BIBE.  Outstanding performance.  Sorry you missed it.  Where ya been?

I sort of figured that the wedding party was part of the hat story.  As for where I've been, I've not been in the Bend but I do plan to get there this Christmas.  Gee, wish I had one of them their hats!
