As of this writing, 867 illegal aliens that crossed into U.S. soil through Big Bend National Park have been caught this year.
This writing appears to have been done in October 2004.
I'd like to see the statistics of the number of illegal aliens that have been caught in Big Bend by year from say 1990 - 2006. Then, it would be interesting to surmise the number of illegal aliens that did NOT get caught each year? What percentage of illegal aliens are caught trekking across BIBE? It would also be interesting to learn where the illegal aliens are caught at?
