After two days without electricity, the ice finally melts and PEC finally has the electricity back on.  Somehow the ice had lost its shine even before it melted. . . the infrared heater was invaluable.  At least I was able to keep the wife and animals warm in a bedroom of the house, they aren't the camping types.
