NPS BiBe Daily Report?

Is anybody else a bit frustrated by the BB Daily Report, or lack thereof?  Perhaps it should be re-titled the NPS Two or Three Times a Week Report?

I'm not kvetching really, just wondering what the problem is.

as I understand it, it is DC with the problem and not BIBE.  probably typical beaurcratic do nothing, overinflated gov't BS.
