Looks like Recreation.gov got a makeover just like ReserveAmerica.com.   They have a slick map that allows you to find and reserve camsites, including the Basin and Rio Grande Village (when they are taking reservations).

Here is the map view zoomed out to Texas.  Just zoom in and pan to find Federal sites.
