Nice!  Were those bison (3:33/3:56)?

Congrats on joining the 2K club.  If you want to relive the experience, you can always go delete an old post or two. icon_biggrin

Yes, to my surprise they were Bison (Buffalo), but there are also Turkeys,Bighorn Sheep,Carmini Whitetail & Mule Deer, Elk (my favorite El Carmen species),Javelinas,Black Bear,Pronghorn,Coatimundi, Badger,Wildcat and Mountain Lion, God only knows how many species of birds....man, what a haven for our beloved animals.

Who would not want to be an animal in El Carmen: Eating, sleeping,roaming.......making whoopi icon_redface. Repopulating alll that was once lost . I read that in the long term, once the Umbrella species are well stocked they were going to reintroduce the Mexican Wolf and the Grizzly Bear......sounds scary right now nailbitting, but maybe i am seeing it with human , instead of nature's eyes eusa_doh. Something to think over. eusa_think

Did you guys see the streams? what about those prairies?...unbelievable !!!. Dang, i look forward to an opportunity to go there, someday.

i've heard great things about the reintroduced wolves of yellowstone, and all their positive benefits. i don't know what their human toll has been, but it must not be too bad
