I've been watching the growth out there for the last couple of years and it's amazing. Land that was pretty worthless for ranching is now being converted to housing editions. Fishermen are building huge homes and RV garages. More kayak and canoe fishermen can be seen out there. It was a nice little town with a huge, basically unknown, lake while I was growing up there, but now it's a city with lots of houses being built by the lake.
