Thank you.

BTW - not only were we all hot, but we stank too - especially after the Mexican food in Fort Stockton.    icon_eek

Nice pictures ,Shane.

Nica campout. Now i understand the bubbles thing. It was awsome you guys going on a whim !!. That Eric Leonard looks like a nice guy. I hope i get a chance to meet him, some day.

Jeff, you look cool after the Lasic Surgery... eusa_clap . I liked the ground seat, nice idea.

Homero

Why thank you Homero. It was very nice to backpack using non-prescription (read: cheap) sunglasses, which I incidentally bent the sh** out of in camp on Sunday night.

And Musey, thank you my dear. Guess I could've shown more cleavage.  icon_eek

The more I look at that pic the more surreal it becomes.  It could fast become one of my favorites.

BTW - Boot Canyon is as dry as a bone.  Nada.  None.  Zip.  Zilch.  Zero.  No significant precipitation since Halloween.  Plan on packing every bit of potable water in with you.

Y'all are reading way too much into the bubbles. I mean, can't a man hike to the South Rim to blow bubbles?

Meanwhile, here we are atop Emory Peak. Two of us are standing on terra reasonably firma. The other one is precariously balanced on a set of rocks. Guess which is which!
