I am in Del Rio and the temps here have been near or over 100 for the last four days.  The mile walk to the boat ramp and back yesterday was miserable.  I think low altitude desert hiking is over for me until the weather cools off.

And when was the last time that Castolon had had more rainfall for the year than either PJ or the Basin?  Amazing!
